I know you all have been waiting for it! Here’s this week’s taste of some fresh new music coming into our library that I just absolutely love!

Listen Now: “Loving it” Stock Music Playlist Week 13

  1. “Schadenfreude” – jpsheg

I already did the Google work for you. “Schadenfreude” means the pleasure derived from the misfortune of others. This track contrasts between a soft melody and heavy alternative vibe.

  1. “Know Time Wasted” – dton3z

WOAH! There’s one heavy beat dropped on this stock music track. I mean if you’re looking for that contemporary flair all the youth is styling, just groove to this track and you got it.

  1. “Valse de Avenue” – cAudio

Ahhh oui oui! Alright, that’s all the French I actually know. But man, oh man, does this track not just grab your inner French self and make you want to travel down a canal on a gondola?

  1. “Border” – OnBothSides

If you all have heard of Tommy Guerrero, you will hear the similarities. A great, laid back stock music track that just lets you cruise in that cityscape in a subtly emotive mood.

  1. “Chillin’ With A Mai Tai” – lyndie58

Summer isn’t over! I will resist you Fall, and to do so, I’ll be playing this track on repeat with a nice cold mai tai. So everybody join in with me, imagine the beach, and play this track.

  1. “Absolution” – Score Studio

What you guys think I would let a playlist go without an epicly awesome stock track? This is one emotional, hybrid orchestral ride. I am, once again, a superhero waiting for my moment.

  1. “Rain on Me” – Synchrotron

I feel like there’s a melancholic aura surrounding aspects of this playlist. Hey, I don’t mind. This track is another very well written piece. Just float along with these eerie guitar effects.

  1. “Mansion Tour” – T_mber Music Supply

I have never been on a mansion tour. Most people don’t even let me near their mansions, so I just try to imagine what it’s like. Luckily, this track provides a beautiful waltzing tune to help.

  1. “Tipsy In Tuscany” – MusicGuy

Who wouldn’t want to grab some nice wine in the beautiful countryside? Well, I’d guess it’s pretty expensive. Thankfully, we can just buy cheap wine and play this track!

10. “Butterfly” – ludwigamadeus

I’m going to cap this playlist off with another stock music track that exemplifies me holding onto summer. We’ve got one great, jazzy trip hop sound that just exudes a breezy attitude.

1. Get MovingEdouard Andre Reny

Wake up!  Get moving! Edouard Andre Reny demands it!  Dust off the Monday blues with this moombahton/dubstep infused stock music track.  Seriously, this track will even get your boring boss busting his groove thing in the middle of a dance circle.

2. The RunnerDavid Sestay

I imagine this would be the theme song of any intern as they frantically dash around the office grabbing coffee, printing copies, moving files.  There’s just enough energy in David Sestay’s acoustic stock music track to get you going in the morning.

3. The Coolest EverTOYINVENTION

The name of this track speaks for itself here.  TOYINVENTION has taken elements of funk and fused them together with elements of modern stock music electronica.  A little stutter here, a little glitch there, a little dubstep wobble for good measure.  This is the funk of the future right here.

4. MirrorsSparinksy

Speaking of unique sounds, Sparinksy has certainly found a unique vibe with Mirrors.  With a strong reggae influence, this track is scattered with pitch bends, 80s sound effects, saxophones, like a circus trip in a child’s nightmare.

5. Happy Corporate AdvertisingScore Studio

Back in the normalsphere is Score Studio’s peppy track whose steady sound will have your shoulders bouncing and your head nodding from start to finish.

6. When the Morning Sun Comes UpZander Sehkri

For you slow rollers who like to take their time getting up every morning, basking in every single moment of the early sun, this one’s for you.  Zander Sehkri has given us another beautiful acoustic track that you can’t help but just sit back and enjoy life while listening to it.  Who’s got the Mondays now?  Not you, buddy.  Not you.

7. Waves 2014theflightaway

And to end our playlist this week, I’ve got an excellent atmospheric electronic track from theflightaway for you.  Take this puppy for a spin on the highway at night and tell me you don’t feel like Ryan Gosling in Drive.

I bet you’re confused between ol’ Huck and me. Don’t be! We’re just switching it up between our music tastes to keep it extra fresh for you! So here are my weekly top stock music picks from our new arrivals, which made me absolutely love it.

1. “Inbetween” – Phil1975

Yo, Phil from 1975, this is some nice psychedelic prog-rock right here! I am definitely getting down to this groove. I like that you’re not ashamed of showing your age and killer style.

2. “Echoes From The East” – Anton Atom

I’m am stranded in an ambandoned Eastern country. Surrounded by desolation and destruction. Walking with my faithful dog at my side. My last hope. Looking out into the wind. Looking for life.

3. “Paper In Oil Madrigals” – Keensonic

Apparently they’re already making a Blade Runner 2. That’s 2 bad…ahem…but no, seriously, we need to get this song into that movie score pronto. I’ll call Harrison tomorrow.

4. “Lazy Summer Nights” – Score Studio

What is better than a low-key, lazy summer night? Throwing a little bit of the saxophone in there. Want to melt a woman’s heart over a nice glass of wine and setting sun? Play this song.

5. “A World of Wonder (instrumental)” – theflightaway

Grab your neon wind-breaker!  We are all meeting up, jogging, and I’ll play this throw-back 80’s song through a boom box placed my shoulder. Then we’re watching Breakfast Club.

6. “The Dark Forest” – Jaap Visser

I typically avoid dark forests at all costs. You think any fruit is down to just meander into some shady area?? Bears and all that jazz?!? But I’d maybe dabble as a knight in this thrilling song.

7. “Fascinations” – Sparinksy

Picture a slowly spinning ballerina; then add some slightly haunting elements. Next, insert a creepy clown face in the back window. Ok, now I’m just freaking myself out while I listen…

8. “Memories > Moments” – musikopedie

First off, Mr musikopedie, congratulations on using a mathematical symbol in your title. Second, he’s right, memories capture moments, so travel to the past and spin slowly while you listen.

9. “5am” – ludwigamadeus

I would be so excited if my 5 am’s were EVER like this. They are usually way too foggy, but if I had some super tight ambient jams in the morning – sign. me. up.

10. “Hope” – BjorgenKjorgen

Just listen to those opening notes. They not just cut to the core and say, “hold on young one, I’ll be there soon.” Then just give the song 10 more seconds and blast off to rocking, hopeful nation.
